  17. This has been hashed out here before.  Motorola never advertised or
  18. officially supported the flashable DSP of the early model Powers and
  19. eventually replaced it with a non-flashable DSP on later models.  On the
  20. other hand, the flashable DSP of the Premier is a selling point.  They
  21. actively advertise it, and given this, one can hopefully assume that
  22. they'll support it.
